7th Saga for SNES

7th Saga is Still a Favorite

The Enix of America Corporation first released the RPG 7th Saga for SNES in 1993. At the very beginning, it was estimated that an average player might well spend between 70 and 100 hours playing this game. This apparently meant how long it would take to become familiar with some of the characters and spells because this is a long-term project that is meant to be played by serious gamers.

Players of games like 7th Saga spend long hours just getting through some of the multiple levels, and you have to do this if you want to really enjoy this RPG. Obtaining higher levels in games of this type is the goal for everyone who plays. So if you have the requisite time to spend discovering what you need to know to succeed then this game will be very satisfying. Game cheats are necessary to help you find way to the higher levels.

The 7th Saga Story

At the very beginning, you have seven characters that you can choose from so that you can begin your personal journey. The avatar that you choose will go out into the universe known as Ticondera and try to find the seven magic runes that are now scattered in different areas of the world. Once you have all 7 in your possession, you will be granted fantastic powers that will make you the supreme ruler.

From the start of your journey, you will meet and interact with many other characters. Some of these may try to attack and defeat you while others will want to join forces with you and others may ignore you and go a different direction. Regardless of what their decision is, the best thing for you to do in 7th Saga is to talk and interact with everyone that you can.

Some Features of 7th Saga

There is a Save feature that you should also use on a frequent basis because you can save the information that you are given. Save anything and everything that you get from the characters that you meet because you do not know when these things might come in handy.

You will even have times when you and other apprentice characters will do battle for runes. If you should be bested in battle, all of your collected runes will be taken and you will have to track down this person and steal your runes back.

When you are in a battle, if you Defend first, you can increase the power of your own attack. This will also make you less vulnerable to those that are attacking you. People who have played some of the other role-playing games will understand the need to use the Defend power frequently.

The 7 runes each have a particular power that you can use in a battle or when out on the field. The water rune can heal your health when you use it in a fight, and the wind rune lets you instantly transport back to any of the previous towns that you have visited.

Remember that items like B agility and B power are going to very useful when you have to fight bosses. Also, remember that you should always have some of the specialty items with you that can heal both Hit Points and Magic Points. There are some game cheats that will give you additional ways to heal these power points.

If you are buying items from a shop, you can spend the remaining money on jewels. This is important because monsters will fight you and steal half of any gold that you have but will leave jewels alone. You can always sell your jewels for gold at any time you need to.

Houses of Healing cost money but they can heal you or a companion, and you cannot play games of adventure and get very far if your characters are in danger of dying. Stay alert and you will find some game cheats that you can use to help your character ward off damage as well as heal quickly.

High Levels in Games Requires Learning Game Cheats

Here are some good game cheats to keep in mind. At level 26, you will find a place called Luze that was destroyed by a dragon. In this level, you will see an eastern cave. Follow this until you come to a fork and you should continue to the east.

This will lead you to 2 treasure chests, the top one contains a King Trick, and the bottom one contains a Topaz jewel. If you can defeat the King trick you will get another Topaz. Next go to the right and when you get to another fork go to the west and you will find two bottles marked Antidote and Agility which you can grab.

Now head east and you will go into an open room; then go south and you will find a chest that contains a special Potion marked with a 3. If you next head north, you will finally reach a cave entrance that is the exit that will lead you to Luze. The game cheats are still packed in the cave so you need to plunder some more.

Hit your save button, and then start back into the cave, but this time you will head south and west instead of north and east and you will find more jewels and powers including a Vitality Seed that will be very useful. This is only a small idea about the excitement and adventure contained in 7th Saga, one of the top SNES games.
