Here are some special game cheats that can bring you points and help you perform some really awesome moves in the Sony PlayStation 2 sports game … 2 Xtreme.

•    You will need to enter the code CHEATS BE ON to activate your game cheats.

•    Once you have done this, you can change to a different border if you enter the code phrase “TIGER CHEATS” as a player name choice. If you enter the player name as “SHARK CHEATS”, you will also become a shark player.

•    When you want to get a jump on the competition at the beginning of a race get into a tuck position and push the “Up” button quickly. This gives you faster speed.

•    To get a bonus track you have a rather complicated set of instructions but they are easily mastered. First, you should click your computer opponents off and then go to any track and complete a very easy trick move at the first skate ramp…Hit Square-Triangle. Move to the next ramp, rev up your speed, and perform a medium trick….Hit Square-Circle-Triangle. When you reach the 3rd ramp, you need to do another medium trick ….Hit Square-Circle-X. As you approach ramp number 4 … you will need to nail a hard trick and then…Hit the Square-X- Triangle and Circle….After you complete your race your bonus track will start loading up.

•    Game cheats are good for all kinds of situations and this hint can keep you loaded with energy as you battle your way through 2Xtreme. You can only do this if your energy bar is already maxed though. Press R2 and hold. As long as you hold it down, your energy will stay topped off, but once you release the R2 button, the energy will begin to diminish. 

•    Triangle-X-Square-Circle will get you skateboarding; if you want Rollerblades you need to hit Circle-Square-X-Triangle.

•    There are even game cheats to help you get listed on the record charts of 2Xtreme. First go to the options and click all computer players “off”. As you start a new season, there will be no competition and this means regardless of your score you will come in first and get extra points and an official listing.
